I have an infestation of silverfish. There are hundreds. Okay, maybe I haven't seen hundreds, but I know they're there with they slivery silvery bodies waiting to take over my home. I've seen two in the last three months. I just know there are a million more all hiding in the walls waiting for me to die so they can come feast on my rotting corpse....sorry. I mean, two?!!! That's an epidemic of silverfish! Gives me the wiggly creepies just thinking about it. So far I've only come up with three options - bomb the place, set it on fire or move. Before I decide, I thought I'd check for other ideas. Anyone? Anyone?
They're after your collage stuff! They eat paper and glue and protein fibers (so, anything really). Definitely get rid of 'em, they're not just creepy. I hate bombing because I hate chemicals (well, pest control chemicals anyway). I'll see if I can find anything out.

I'm not one of those girly girls afraid of spiders and such - but man, those silverfish creep me the hell out big-time! And they are fast! Just squish 'em if you can catch 'em. I never saw more than you've seen and I lived to tell the tale - so you might want to hold off on setting the place on fire for a while. Just my humble opinion, you understand. (But I do feel your pain!)
